Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy is designed to offer complete transparency and flexibility for travelers booking with us. We understand that plans may change, so we provide a structured cancellation process with clearly defined timelines and applicable charges based on the date of cancellation. Customers can request cancellations through official communication channels, and eligible refunds are processed within a specified timeframe after deducting applicable fees, taxes, and third-party charges. While we strive to accommodate changes and offer rescheduling options whenever possible, certain bookings such as hotels, transport, and special arrangements may be non-refundable. In cases of unforeseen events like weather disruptions, road conditions, or government restrictions, alternative solutions or date changes may be provided. By booking with us, travelers agree to our cancellation terms, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for their journey.

21 days or more before departure
10% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee
16 to 20 days before departure
20% of total tour cost will be charged
11 to 15 days before departure
40% of total tour cost will be charged
6 to 10 days before departure
75% of total tour cost will be charged
Less than 5 days before departure / No Show
100% of total tour cost will be charged (No refund)
These slabs are commonly followed across Spiti tour operators and may vary slightly depending on bookings and season.
๐ณ Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days after cancellation approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Transaction charges, GST, and non-refundable bookings (hotels, permits, transport) will be deducted

- Cancellation must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp
- Cancellation date will be considered from the date request is received
- No refunds for:
- Unused services (hotels, meals, transport)
- Early exit from the trip
- No-show without prior notice
๐ง๏ธ Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Road blockages or strikes
We will try to offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements, but refunds may not be guaranteed.
๐ Rescheduling Policy
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability
- Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to departure
- Any price difference will be borne by the customer

- Booking is confirmed only after advance payment
- Full payment must be completed before the trip start date
- Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund
